The project  emphasized on enhancement of  knowledge-based facilities for the development of entrepreneurship and business activities.  Business, commercial and leisure components combine and create a vibrant atmosphere.

The site is divided into 3 parcels.   A pedestrian boulevard linking altogether as an axis creating a lively streetscape activities at the ground level.    Offices and business laboratories are located on upper floors overlooking to the glimmering pedestrian boulevard below.
