The institute is located on a beautiful hilly landscape with a panoramic view of greenery surrounding the site. 

The complex consist of clustered subdivisions of 2-story blocks arranged on an undulating site.  The low rise complex is carefully planned to optimize site potential and increase sustainable energy reduction in the planning,  and construction.  Building blocks are facing north-south direction to avoid direct morning and evening sun with a deep outer layer of fenestration treatment on the facade.
