Monosist has been appointed as a Detailed Design Consultant (DDC) for the construction of the southern section of KV MRT Line 2.  The scope of work covers a 10.5 km southern section corridor that includes 6 numbers of stations, Multi Storey Park & Ride, and other facilities.  The 120-meter-long elevated stations are designed to cater for the ultimate passenger capacity of 33000 passengers per hour per direction by the year 2052.  

The design maximizes urban design opportunities with good connectivity between people and surrounding places. The design adopts a simple box shape with vertical louvers and perforated aluminum panels screening the rail track and protecting the platform form elements.
