Monosist was engaged to envision a Masterplan for the Yayasan Warisan Ummah Malaysia situated at Melaka.

The developments were to be developed in four phases comprises of institutional and commercial such as university, service apartments, commercial and the grand masjid.

The masterplan layout is generally governed by its main orientation to Qiblat as the key generator to the composition of the buildings.  Each cluster is arranged in accordance to its building use and always has an open public square as its central common area to demarcate its main circulation path and vista.  The square uses water as its main feature as a concept to resemble the great garden of Alhambra.- reminiscent of the great era in Muslim civilization.
