The proposed project is nicely located on the seafront area overlooking into Strait of Tebrau.  

The 30 storey residential high rise adopts a typical single-loaded corridor with both accommodation units facing either to the south offering spectacular views to the sea  or to the main-land which offering swimming pool and stunning views of greeneries.

As the third room and the kitchen of the residential unit are having air-well for ventilation purpose, the main corridor is also designed as a natural ventilated space. Two 3–storey sky gardens double-up its function and act as a wind-scoop are inserted at two locations of different height to provide a constant natural air supply.  In addition, the staggering building massing is arranged in such a way to enhance air flow. 

The design helps reducing enormous energy consumption and costly maintenance work especially on the air conditioning usage should the normal close-up corridor been applied.
