Ar. Mohammad Nor bin Sulaiman (Mdnor) graduated from School of Architecture, Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1993.  He founded Monosist in 2004 pursuing his passion in architecture after spending years with various architectural firms and property development companies.  His last employment was at KL Monorail Project Services Sdn Bhd as the Head of Architectural Division for the construction of KL Monorail System project in Kuala Lumpur.  He works on numerous light and heavy rail projects construction and engineering studies alongside with various prominent rail players local and abroad with wide-range involvement from Lead Architect to Rail Scheme Planner.   Besides rail projects, he also takes the lead in the development of other typical property and infrastructure projects such as transit-oriented-development (TOD), urban housing, commercial space, institutional complex, bridges, and highways.  Ar Mdnor currently remains as the leader, mastermind, and driving force of the company.
