Located at Brickfield and spreading approximately 400 meter along the Klang River, 'Jalan-Jalan' Development or previously known as Monorail City is developed by KL Infrastructure Group Berhad (KLIG)..  The development is  regarded as ‘mini KL LinearCity’ - a reminiscent of the original KL LinearCity development concept that was originally envisaged on the same site.  The first proposal accommodates shopping complex complete with Cinemas, Colleges, a multi purpose arena,  boutique hotel and Iconic Food Court.

The main block of a 5 storey crescent shape glass-facade  is designed with the insertion of semi-enclosed  ‘green’ pockets that provides a tropical landscape garden along the river bank.  A man-made canal is introduced at the forecourt of a tropical landscape garden  creating  a harmonic atmosphere for  shopping environment. 

This construction of this development was halted in 1999  due to regional financial crisis.
