Dato’ Mohd Nazir Hj. Derani is a certified Project Manager (PMP) with a bachelor degree in Technology (Civil Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.  He completed a master degree at Waseda University in Tokyo Japan (1986-1988) majoring in Building Services and Monash University,  Melbourne majoring in  Gas Fitting & Industrial Plumbing. He works with several reputable international construction and property development company prior to joining Monosist as Senior Consultant.   He was appointed as Technical Director in 2017 and currently responsible for managing project procurement and building contract management for public and private sector.
