The proposed project is strategically located near the beach of Strait of Tebrau.  

The 30 storey residential high rise adopts a typical single-loaded corridor with both accommodation units facing either to the south offering spectacular views to the sea  or to the north which offer pool view with stunning greenery horizon.

A 3–storey sky gardens double-up its function and act as a wind-scoop are inserted at several locations of the apartment block to allow a constant natural ventilation through each corridors and acrross the building.  The staggering building massing is arranged in such a way to enhance air flow. 

The arrangement helps reducing excessive energy consumption and increase environmental quality for the residence.
